Pc connesso ma non naviga
Alcune volte puň capitare che non ci possiamo piů collegare ad internet pur riuscendo a collegarsi alla nostra rete.
Cio’ puo’ essere dovuto a diversi fattori,da un semplice proxy che un’infezione ha installato,a dei servizi danneggiati che non permettono al protocollo tcp/ip di funzionare correttamente,a dei file infetti o mancanti che impediscono al relativo servizio di avviarsi,a dei driver della relativa scheda di rete corrotti,a delle winsock danneggiate.
Come vedete le cause possono essere molteplici.Quello che potete verificare da soli č se sia stato installato un proxy e se il router funziona correttamente facendo delle prove con altro pc o tablet.
In caso contrario andremo a cercare la causa del problema con 2 strumenti diagnostici molto utili:Farbar Service Scan e MinitoolBox.
I 2 tool vanno eseguiti con il cavo o il wi-fi connesso.
1)Scarica Farbar Service Scanner www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/f...-scanner/dl/62/ e salvalo sul desktop per avviarlo.
• Spunta tutte le opzioni
• Premi "Scan".
• Verrŕ creato un log (FSS.txt) nella stessa directory del tool
• Allega il log.
2)Scarica minitoolbox www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/minitoolbox/dl/65/ e salvalo sul desktop per avviarlo.
•Metti I segni di spunta a tutte le voci.
•Clicca su "GO".
• Verrŕ creato un log (result.txt) nella stessa directory del tool
•Allega il log.
3)Esegui una scansione con Farbar Recovery Scan Tool.
Trovi le istruzioni qui.
Allega il solo log FRST.txt
Una volta salvati i 2 log per ricevere ulteriore assistenza dovrete salvarli come da regolamento gestione allegati in questa discussione dando una breve descrizione del problema.

Il computer č stato ripristinato e ora funziona ma non sii connette piů ad internet cioč si connette alla rete ma da accesso limitato e non so che fare prima la connessione funzionava perfettamente. . -

Allega anche un log di FRST eseguito in modalitŕ normale direttamente dal desktop.

Mi puoi spiegare come fare con il wi-fi collegato perchč la connessone non č la mia ma di un mio amico e non ho modo di collegarlo via cavo. . -

Devi semplicemente collegarti alla rete.Mi sembra di aver capito che il pc si collega alla rete ma non va in internet.
Una volta che ti sei collegato alla rete wi-fi del tuo amico esegui i 3 tool che ti ho proposto.. -

I servizi internet sono ok.
Il problema č che sono rimasti dei driver degli antivirus che potrebbero bloccare la connessione.
Ora č necessario ripulire il pc da:
microsoft security
roboscan
Per rimuoverli usa revouninstaller(dovresti trovare la loro voce aprendo revo)
Per microsoft security essential puoi usa anche lo strumento di rimozione automatica http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2483120/it
Dopo che li hai rimossi allegami un log di FRST.txt

No pultroppo non posso testare la connessione con cavo appenna faccio ti allego il log. Ho provato on il programmache mi hai detto ma le voci di microsoft security essential e roboscannon compaiono nemmeno usando la modalita vanzata. . -

usa il tool di rimozione della microsoft che ti ho linkato nel precedente post per microsoft security.
Per roboscan ti potrei fornire un fix per rimuoverlo ma se puoi reinstallalo e disinstallalo,é meglio.. -

-Disinstalla virtualbox che stŕ creando dei problemi
-Disinstalla la Scheda di rete wireless Atheros AR928X da gestione dispositivi.Al riavvio dovrebbe reinstallarla,in caso contrario dobbiamo dargli i suoi driver.Scaricali da qui Aspetta un attimo per il download.
-Rimuovi eventuali schede di rete virtuali rimaste con punto esclamativo sempre da gestione dispositivi.
Riavvia il pc,controlla se la connessione č funzionante.
Allega il log di minitoolbox(istruzioni di inizio pagina) se ancora non si collega.

Ciao ho un problema con la connessione LAN (il wi-fi va perfettamente) del mio pc, ho provato ad usare sia la scheda on-board che pci pensando che quella on-board fosse difettosa, ma il risultato non cambia. Prova ad andare nelle proprietŕ della scheda lan e setta manualmente questi parametri nel tcp/ipv4:
Metti la spunta a
"utilizza il seguente indirizzo IP"
inserisci in:
indirizzo IP:192.168.1.8
in subnet mask:clicca sul box bianco(apparirŕ un 255.255.255.0)
in Gateway predefinito . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
Server DNS preferito . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1
Poi disattiva la wi-fi-collega la rete lan ed esegui nuovamente minitool box allegando il log.
Il pc si collega allo stesso router sia tramite wi-fi sia con lan.Giusto?. -

Allora il pc č connesso al router di fastweb e poi ho un router wi-fi che si collega chiaramente a quello di fw.
